Beertenders

The Brewing Projekt is seeking full-time or part-time beertenders to join our taproom team. Applicants should be personable, approachable, hard working, and helpful, and should bring a fun, outgoing, and positive attitude to their workplace. Interest, knowledge, & experience in the craft beverage industry is a huge plus! This position requires weekend availability. Bookkeeper & Purchasing Clerk

The Brewing Projekt is hiring an individual to perform and assist with Bookkeeping and Purchasing responsibilities to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.

This individual will be responsible for completing daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping. They will work closely with our Accounting Team to maintain financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This person must have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and must strive for a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.

This individual will also work with our Purchasing Team to carry out the successful and timely purchases of ingredients, materials, and services. They will complete paperwork for purchasing contracts, orders, and bids. They will submit purchase orders, track shipments, maintain purchase records, and interact with suppliers daily, while also working with the internal team to manage inventory and pending orders.

An ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. They must have proficient computer skills, ideally including QBO and MS Office, and must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Production Utility Team Member

The Brewing Projekt is seeking a full-time Brewery Production Utility employee to join our team. This person will perform regular preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of brewery equipment and building facilities, as well as learn and be capable of completing the production processes, including but not limited to brewing, cellaring, packaging, CIP, and more.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and willing to troubleshoot a variety of maintenance and repair issues through self-education and on-the-job training. This individual should be flexible and able to problem solve and multitask independently, as well as within a group.

This individual should be comfortable with basic maintenance and repair work, including the use of hand tools and power tools. They should be self motivated and capable of working toward the goal of continuous operational success across all departments. Packaging Technician

The Brewing Projekt's Packaging Department is responsible for putting our finished products into a variety of packages for consumer enjoyment. The team is responsible for machine set up, clean up, and maintenance, canning, kegging, bottling, CIP, inventory, organization, and all sorts of other important and awesome stuff that gets done regularly.

Our Packaging Team should strive for a high level of quality, consistency, and efficiency. Qualified candidates should have great attention to detail and should be quick on their feet and able to work through on-the-job problem solving.

Brewer/Cellarperson

The Brewing Projekt is looking for a full-time Brewer/Cellarperson to join our team! Brewer/Cellarperson applicants should possess passion & creativity, technical & mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality & innovation. We are seeking an individual who can work efficiently, has an everyday commitment to workplace safety, and can closely follow instructions to thrive in a team environment.

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of one year of industry experience and a working knowledge of best brewing practices. Formal brewing education is a plus.

Duties of the Brewer/Cellarperson include: Wort Production (Operation of a 20BBL, four-vessel Premier Stainless brewhouse); Cellaring (yeast management, dry hopping / adjunct additions, centrifugation, carbonation, CIP); Documentation (accurate & detailed documentation of all brewing and cellar activities plus strict adherence to standard operating procedures); Safety (maintaining a clean and safe work environment, safe use of chemicals and proper use of PPE, responsible and safe operation of vehicles, forklifts, and scissor lifts); Communication (clear and timely communication with co-workers and supervisors).
