Beer Cheese & Cauliflower Chowder - Brewing Projekt Brews and Market Veggies 

Cabbage Braised Pork with Dumplings - Apple and Parsnip puree, caramelized onion jam

 Caramel Apple - Soft Poached Apples in Mulled Cider Syrup, Black Walnut Praline, Creme Caramel, and Mint
